Maple favored bacon deer burgers.
90% venison 10% maple favored bacon. Grind both and mix together. Form into patties. You can also try adding in pork and/or cheese.

Nock'd Up Venison Primavera
1 box of 160z. penne pasta noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can(soup can) of milk
3 good shakes of Parmesan cheese
...1 pound venison loin(sliced into small chunks)
2 Tbsp butter
Directions: brown venison in large skillet with a touch of olive oil. Cook noodles and drain water. Add all other ingredients to pan with venison and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Add to pan with noodles and stir. Serve with garlic bread

Cook deer loins in crock pot all day with bbq. then tear apart the meat. marinate with brown sugar, vinigar, soy sauce, garlic powder, worcestershire. yum. or spicy mustard, honey and teryaki sauce.

Tex-mex Venison burgers.
1 1/2 lb ground venison
chopped onion
chopped jalepeno
cajun seasoning

Mix altogether and then form into patties. Top with mayo mixed with cajun season, and hot pepper cheese. Remember to not over cook venison.

Stuffed Deer Loins
Butterfly the loin by first cutting lengthwise about halfway through. Then angle the knife and cut horizontally almost all of the way through, on both sides. Or make a upside down "Y". You will have a cavity to add the stuffing.

Stuff with pepperoni slices, cream cheese, pineapple chucks and sliced jalapenos. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Roll the sides back together to close the cavity. Wrap the loin in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Season with cajan seasoning.

Cook in oven on cooling rack placed on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes. Or barbeque on grill with indirect heat for about 30 to 45 minutes. Venision taste best medium to medium rare.
